Growing Mushrooms

So I have tried a couple of mushroom grow kits and I can say sometimes you do well and sometimes not so well. I don’t think it’s the grow kits themselves but I am busy trying to do that many things sometimes I forget to spray with water or just forget I’ve got them and leave them too long. Now I bet I’m not the only one to do this message to myself you must do better as these little critters taste so much better when you grow them yourself, and give you so much joy when you get it right and see them baby mushroom pop up for the first time.

How to grow mushrooms

Ok, so you’re going to need a few things to get started in your quest to be the champion mushroom grower in the world, first, you are going to need a little spare time and somewhere you can place your mushrooms while the mycelium does its jobs this can take a few days or weeks before its fully ready to start popping out time little button mushrooms or Oyster mushrooms the choice is yours, And this can be an easy or hard task as mushroom growing can become quite a time consuming and complicated depending on what root you choose to take. My self at the moment choose the easy way I just pop online and grab a bag of pre-inoculated mush spawn kit and follow the instruction this will not be the plan forever but it serves the purpose at the moment, And also allow me to get hold of that well-known brain food you know the one I’m talking about don’t you, yes you guessed it Lionsmain that glorious white cloud of icicles that just tastes great you know it has to be good for you.

So this is probably the first mushroom I tried to grow and I must say I was not disappointed it was about 3 weeks before I got my first flush starting and a little longer before I popped it in the pan and had it for my lunch it was great and I’m looking forward to my next batch very soon,

Follow the instructions

No this may be a little complicated but as long as you do what it says and place it in the right condition there is no reason why you too should get an excellent crop of this wonderful mushroom.
