Mushrooms are very good at decomposing dead and decaying substances and turning them into useful nutrients and composts.

A mushroom on the surface is one thing but what’s happening below the ground will blow your mind.

There’s a network of Mycelium

working hard to break down the decaying matter and remove unwanted substances from the ground.

Helping to support all manner of insects and plants.

 

There are loads of different types of edible mushrooms, with different textures and tastes.
